The Sports Medicine
Center at Amsterdam Memorial specializes in the care of
competitive and recreational athletes of all ages, helping them
prevent and recover from injury and quickly return to sports and
activity. Our unique program uses a team approach to provide a
full continuum of care. The program is directed by Dr. Gerald
J. Ortiz of Mohawk Valley Orthopedics. The team also includes
physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and athletic
trainers.
